How to use the Media Library

Your media library follows you no matter what team you are coaching. What you upload will be with you from team to team.

It's like having a Google Drive of content, but with the media library, you can use it to deliver files directly to your athletes.

The top folder named 'View Only' is where you will see any content that the association or another coach has given you permission to see and use to share with your team.

When you upload a file you can then set permissions on who you want to see that file. To do this make sure you are on the Details View. Then click the permissions icon on the very right on the file you want to set permissions for. By default everything you upload is able to be Read only by the association.

If you don't want the whole workspace to have any access, click the box to uncheck it. You can then click on Team and allow access to specific Teams in that workspace, or click User to allow access to specific Coaches or Athletes.
