How to create an off-ice dryland or workout
Workouts
This is where you group together exercises and drills to complete a dryland session for athletes. You can create this to use as a reference if you are in person, or create workouts for athletes to do at home.
To create a workout, click on the Workout button on the left menu. Then click on the "Add New Workout" button.
Next, fill in the workout name and choose a category. You can type in instructions for the workout, upload a video that explains the workout, and include a thumbnail to that video. This video will show up when you click on the workout from the mobile app.
Next you will set the parameters for Circuits, Sets and Metrics. Click the metric drop-down to determine Weight, Reps, Time, or Distance
