How to share a document, video, or link from the Media Library in the web app and mobile app.

Your Media Library is your coaching playbook. This is where you keep everything you use as a coach. Your Media Library follows you from year to year. From here you can view what the association or other coaches have shared. You can share documents, videos, and links to the Team Feed for the team to view and comment on, or you can share it to a group chat or specifically to an athlete chat. You can also go to the Scheduling tab and assign items from the Media Library onto the non-time-based schedule for the whole team, a group, or an individual athlete.

From the Web App

To share a document, video, or link, click on the Details view.

Then click on the share button of the file you want to share. If you have folders you could click anywhere in the row to open the folder.

Chose if you want to share it to the Team Feed or in Chat.

Now chose the team you want to share it with, (if you are a coach on more than one team).
